Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

We've all seen the couples that don't seem to really match. And you're thinking 'How can he be with her? How can she be with him?'. Well maybe he's not a superficial judgemental asshole like you. We all know that beauty is usually only skin-deep. She may not be pretty, but she can be the kindest person you've ever known, but you'll never know if you judge her by her appearance. And we also know that if you fall in love with someone's personality, everything else becomes perfect to you. 

But you don't have to be in love with the person. The point is that something can attract one person and repulse another. Who are we to say that someone is beautiful? They may not be beautiful to us, but they may be beautiful to others. We all know the question 'What do you even see about him/her?'. It's annoying, let's not lie to each other. It can be anything. It can be the eyes, it can be the smile, the ego, the charisma, the body,.. And sometimes you just don't know. All you know is that you want to be on them. Or under them, whichever option you prefer.

The society has its ideals of beautyx. The ideal of beauty for women has been a barbie doll for a very long time. Long legs, skinny, blonde, blue eyes. But you may not like that at all. If you prefer a chubby ginger, theb you prefer a chubby ginger, who cares? It's your own ideal of beauty and nobody should tell you if that's beautiful or not. You can choose whatever you want. Somebody likes flat chest, somebody likes it big. If you have flaws and somebody calls you ugly because of it just be sure, that one day somebody's gonna love that about you. Don't let the superficial people get you down. Because you are beautiful. Maybe not to everyone, but definitely to someone. One man's trash is another man's treasure.
